Shimano 105 FD-5700 is a 2x front derailleur for 10-speed Road bike drivetrains, which convinces with a precise index shifting function for smooth gear changes. Even under load, smooth shifting is possible in any rear derailleur position. In addition, the FD-5700's Wide Link design has increased stability and reduced susceptibility to twisting.

Technology:
DUAL SISAfter the rear derailleur, the index shift system with its fast, precise and clean gear changes was also transferred to the front derailleur. Index front derailleurs make shifting easier and more comfortable.

The greater distance between the bearing points increases rigidity and stability. Especially with Dura Ace, Ultegra and 105, the inner and right parallelogram bodies have been made wider for greater strength. Twisting is prevented, so that gear changes are more crisp, precise and fluid - even when you get out of the saddle.
